The service, including housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance, is top-notch. The location is convenient but can be noisy due to the nearby bars playing loud music until about 2 am. The dining experience offers typical Sicilian products. Overall, the hotel provides a good value for money with some minor downsides.
